PADI Open Water Certification
The PADI Open Water Certification takes you into the world of SCUBA
PADI Open Water certification will finalize your skills to take you to the open water.
This portion of the certification consists of 4 dives. Dives 1-3 will require you to demonstrate the skills you learned in the confined portion of the class. Taking the skills from the open water environment, you will safely and confidently demonstrate the skills to your instructor. Dive 4 will allow you to show off your skills on a coordinated dive.
Students must be 10 year or older, be in good health and fill out a medical form prior to the scheduled class. Private classes are 1-2 students with a max of 4. Larger groups can be accommodated.
Students must come into class with SCUBA quality mask, fins, boots and snorkel. BCD, regulator and wetsuit can be rented from the dive location or from a local dive shop.
Open Water is offered May through October in the Midwest.
You can plan and schedule the dives as a referral anywhere you would like to go or plan a trip with our team and complete the class with the same instructor.
